Haji Faqeer Muhammad started with a single degh of beef pulao at Gol Chakkar Bazar, Nawabshah. Word travelled quickly — the rice was fragrant, the beef fell apart at the touch of a spoon, and the masala tasted like home. Four decades later, the same family still cooks with the same recipe.
Every morning our team grinds fresh spices, prepares the meat and sets the deghs on a slow flame. Nothing is reheated and nothing is rushed. When the pulao is ready, it is served hot at the counter and packed carefully for home delivery across Nawabshah.
Alongside our signature pulao we serve chicken and beef biryani, karahi, shami kabab, fresh raita and achaar salad — the classic companions to a proper desi meal.
